Buying a home is stressful, no doubt about it. When hiring someone to do an inspection, you find yourself hoping that there is nothing wrong with this new home you love, but also hoping that the inspector  doesn’t miss a thing, down to the smallest detail. Mr. Home Inspector, Rob Novak, completed the inspection of our new home and patiently took us through his findings step by step. He took the time to walk us through the house and answer every question we had, helping us understand all findings from the inspection. This personal attention carried over to our understanding of the online report sent to us following the inspection. This report will be something that we can keep and refer to when making decisions about future improvements or additions to the property. My husband and I purchased a new house this winter and called Rob Novak.  He was very thorough and professional in examining the house and preparing a report that was user-friendly and detailed.  In the final walk-through, we noticed a water stain on the basement ceiling.  We called Mr. Novak to look at the leak more closely.  Fortunately, he had the necessary infrared thermal imaging camera necessary to determine if this leak was old and had been fixed.  We were reassured by Rob’s findings as we look forward to moving into our new home.
